LEXINGTON TOWNSHIP MICHIGAN AND ANY
OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the following is a general summary of amendments
to the Lexington Township Zoning Ordinances text, which were adopted
by the Lexington Township Board at the meeting held April 18, 2024;
The amendments regulate the permitting of Temporary and Portable Signs.
- Article 1, Chapter 2, Definitions and Type of Signs, Section 2.2.0
- Article 2, Chapter 3, General Provisions, Section 3.20.0; Prohibited Signs, Exempt Signs, Requirements for Portable and Temporary Signs, Time Limitations, Setbacks, Off-premise Portable or Temporary Signs, Condition, Illumination and Substitution Clause.
