shall begin processing Absentee Ballots for
the November 3, 2026 Primary Election as follows:

Monday, November 2, 2026 from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Tuesday, November 3, 2026 from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
