NOTICE OF SPECIAL BUDGET HEARING
The Lexington Township Board will hold a public hearing
on the proposed township budget for fiscal year 2025/2026
in the Conference Room of the Lexington Township Hall,
7227 Huron Ave., Lexington, Michigan
on Thursday June 26, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
* The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the
Proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.
A copy of the budget is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office
during regular business hours.
This notice is posted in compliance with PA267 of 1976
as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41.72a (2) (3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
The Lexington Township Board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services,
such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting,
to individuals with disabilities at the meeting
upon 10 days notice to the Lexington Township Board.
